1. Candles will be sold in a retail environment.

2. Minimum order one case. 11oz Glass 12 per case, 8 oz Tin Candles 24 per case, Wax Melts 30 per case & 8 oz Room Sprays 16 per case.

3. Orders are prepaid with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex), We do not offer open accounts, C.O.D.s, or billing terms.

4. All wholesale orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 business days. Displays 7 to 10 business days. During the peak holiday season, processing may take longer.

5. Shipping: We use standard UPS shipping to deliver your products, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. After the order has been processed, packaged and shipped from our warehouse, it can take anywhere from one to six business days before you will receive it. However, incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in longer delivery times and possible charges for re-delivery. Please see the map link below to determine how long your order will take to be shipped from Cypress, Texas to your continental U.S. location.

6. Incorrect Address Charges: If an incorrect or invalid shipping address is given on an order, there could be up to a $13.00 fee for an address correction.

7. Resale Tax and Federal ID numbers are required for our records.

8. All candles are individually hand-poured. As with any handcrafted product, slight variances (especially wax color) may occur and are a natural part of the “handmade” process.

9. All products on our website are available at wholesale. Wholesale prices are based on discounts off of our retail prices. Our retail prices are subject to change without notice to you.

10. Wholesale candle products will bear the Hunter Candle Company name and logo and contact information. We encourage our customers to purchase our candles through our retailers. We do not offer private labeling at this time.

11. We can provide retail displays for all our products.

12. Damages: We take every precaution to ensure your product is protected during transit however, if there is damaged noticed during receipt of the order please inspect the items with the UPS driver. Have the driver note the damage. Email us immediately at sales@huntercandle.com to let us know of the damaged products so we can get your replacements out to you. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged product.

13. RETURNS: Hunter Candle wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date and returned unused in the same condition they were received. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product. Please email us at sales@huntercandle.com to let us know prior to sending the merchandise back. Please include a note with the return with your name, phone number, and the reason for returning the item. A refund will be posted to your credit card account excluding the shipping charge upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.

14. Check this agreement periodically for updates and changes. This agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest agreement will be posted on the site, and you should review this agreement prior to using the site.
